STAGE 1

The Polyweb Electrostatic Pre-Filter 

As air enters the filter, it flows through stage one, where a static electrical charge is created. This attracts particles of dust, lint, pollen, mold spores, and other pollutants.

STAGE 2

The Puratech Pre-Filter

This advanced woven filter with millions of microscopic pores strains out any particles that escaped Stage 1. This unique combination of pre-filtering stages substantially reduce pollutants before they can clog up the sub-micron filters that follow. (Pre-filtering stages are cleanable)

STAGE 3

The Micro-Grip Tackified Filter

This is a tightly woven network of fibers impregnated with Micro-Grip, a highly effective adhesive material that bonds and grips with any particle that it comes in contact with.

STAGE 4

The H.E.P.A. Filter

H.E.P.A. stands for "High Efficiency Particulate Air" (or Arrestance). H.E.P.A. filters are widely recognized as the most effective media for removal of over 99% of harmful airborne sub-micron particles. It's used where air purity id a "must", such as in hospital surgical rooms and where medicines, fiber optics and micro chips are produced. (This stage is a filtration system in itself)

STAGE 5

The Anti-Microbial Filter

Now a finely woven maze of fibers, treated with a special anti-microbial substance, captures and destroys any possible surviving micro-organisms.

STAGE 6

High Capacity Activated Carbon Filter

The air purification process continues with a high capacity carbonized filter pad that acts like a sponge by absorbing a wide range of gases, chemicals, and odors. (This carbon stage is a filter by itself)

STAGE 7

The Ultra-Purification GWM-X Filter

This unique filtering material was originally developed by scientists as a defense against dangerous gas and germ warfare. It offers the ultimate protection from gases and odors. (This has never before been available in a consumer product)

STAGE 8

The Air Freshening Ionization Stage

This ionization feature emits a mild charge that acts on the air stream  to freshen stale room air. It simulates the clean, invigorating breeze you feel after a thunderstorm . (Many air filters on the market are just ionizers)

Deodorizing & Germ Eliminating Ozonator 

The state-of-the-art ozonator assures the cleanest, freshest air possible. It creates O3 (ozone) and actually splits the atoms in the air which then oxidizes the pollutants and odors in the room, and goes into the carpets, fabrics, and the air itself... leaving behind O2 (oxygen), the air we breathe. (Many air filters on the market are just ozonators)
